Your mission

As a legal consultant you will advise and assist large and middle large companies regarding national and international legal matters at corporate level. You will be involved in legal planning regarding restructuring, mergers and acquisition and, incorporations, you will assist clients in legal audits and prepare and review corporate documents.

Your profile

• A university degree in law with a post-graduate qualification in company or business law
• Fluent communication skills in Dutch, French and English
• A three to five year work experience as a legal adviser in a tax advisory firm or with a specialised law firm
• You are highly motivated, you have excellent communication skills and you are looking for opportunities to exceed expectations and take ownership of projects assigned to you
• You have an open and creative mind and you are keen to work in a team
