Your mission
As a legal consultant you will advise and assist large and middle large companies regarding legal matters at corporate level. You will be involved in legal planning regarding reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, company formations, capital increases and decreases, company liquidations, you will assist clients in legal audits and prepare and review corporate documents.
Your profile
A master degree in law with preferably a post-graduate qualification in company or business law;
Fluent communication skills in Dutch, French and English;
You are highly motivated, you have excellent communication skills and you are looking for opportunities to exceed expectations and take ownership of projects assigned to you;
You have an open and creative mentality and you are keen to work in a team.
