Your mission

As a junior VAT consultant you will be involved in guiding companies in their tax planning and helping them manage VAT, Intrastat, Customs and Excise operations and requirements. You give recommendations and implement them together with your clients. Your clients include Belgian companies, multinationals, governments and non-profit organisations. Gradually, you will independently start coordinating national and international projects.
You will intensively cooperate with our accountants, legal experts and partners.

Your profile

• Masters or university degree in economics or law, or a comparable background. A post-graduate tax degree is an asset
• 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position (consulting or law firm,...)
• Strong interest in VAT and other indirect taxes. Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting is an asset
• Fluent communication skills in Dutch, French and English
• A true-born team player, who takes initiatives, is flexible, eager to learn and is critical minded oriented
• Strong sense for responsibility
• An outstanding integrity
