VAT 2010: What's new? (in English)
This internal seminar was held on 4 December 2009.

In this seminar, the main changes in VAT rules as from 2010 were discussed:
- new rules for corss-border services between taxable persons (B2B);
- change/simplification of refund procedure for foreign VAT.
The administrative implications of the new VAT rules were also highlighted:
- invoicing;
- returns and listings;
- refund procedure for foreign VAT;
- VAT identification.
