Deferral of payment of OPOC contributions

All employers in the construction sector receive a deferral of payment of the OPOC contributions for the first and second quarter of 2020.

The deferral is automatically authorized for all employers in the construction sector (Joint Committee 124).

This deferral implies taking into account the following payment deadlines:

• The contributions due for the first quarter of 2020 must be paid to OPOC by June 30, 2020;
• The contributions due for the second quarter of 2020 must be paid to OPOC by August 31, 2020 at the latest.

Please note: the payment of OPOC contributions is an essential condition in order to grant salary benefits for workers (financing of loyalty – and weather stamps).
