We would like to draw your attention to the fact that you have until March 1, 2015 to adapt your employment regulations to the new reglementation with respect to the prevention of psychosocial risks at work.
The main modifications this new reglementation entails, are the following:
- Extension of the term "psychosocial risks";
- Explanation of the role of the different actors that are envolved in the prevention of the psycosocial risks, and also an explanation of the exchange of information between these actors;
- Modification of the specific procedure for violence, moral or sexual harassment at work.
The employment regulations need to be adapted to the aforementioned modifications before March 1, 2015.
Without further notice, we presume that the necessary steps were taken with respect to this new reglementation, taking into account the required formalities (communication of the modified employment regulations to the employees and to the social inspection).
